What Hypnosis is not…

Hypnosis is not brain washing or making you cluck like a chicken.

Secrets are not revealed.

It is not sleep.

You can not get stuck in hypnosis.

Hypnosis is not you being out of control.

What hypnosis IS…

Hypnosis is a state of focused concentration. Where the mind and the body are so relaxed that the brain waves slow down. Allowing the inner mind to become receptive to positive and empowering suggestions. This creates opportunity to release old behaviors and beliefs, making room for the desired changes to be effective. Enabling the client to achieve their goals with less resistance.
